Levels 1-4:
- Purchase designated VIP items as noted by ## on the website.
- 1 item = 1 level
- There is no limit to amount of items per order to move up to a level. (EI.. 4 Bird Feeders = 4 levels)
Preferred Customer: Levels 5-10
- Level 5 - Get 1 item at 1/2 price
- Levels 6-10 receive $5 discount on any designated VIP items
- Deposits are no longer needed to hold your spot in cue but may still be required for some custom orders.
VIP Customer: Level 11 and beyond.
- Permanent $10 discount on any designated VIP items
- Deposits are no longer needed for your orders.

What are designated VIP items?
Most of these items you will find in collections like,
- Bird Houses, Bird Feeders,
- Dioramas, Figurines,
- Selected Seasonal Items,
- Memorials (Garden Lights, Nightlights and Tealight Holders)
How do you tell what is designated?
- Watch for the ## on the listing.
Can I mix and Match?
- Yes! you can mix and match as long as it is a designated VIP item.
Does this expire?
- NO! and there is no limit to the amount of time between purchases.
Hint: The Fairy House Nightlights are only VIP for Assembled units not the kits.
